The system enables the in-line application of protective oil onto the surface of tubes, pipes and profiles proportionally to the speed of the line and monitoring every irregularity of the flow; it can be used on profiles of different shapes, dimensions and types, with excellent results:

The system is provided with a touch-screen panel with digital interface, that enables program parameters to be set in a fast and simple way and to monitor the coverage and the fluid density, preventing overspray or irregularities that may compromise the quality of the final product and prevent material waste.

Absence of oil mist thanks to the Suction system and to the Spray Box design, that houses the nozzles in a closed box, preventing dangerous fluid dispersion.

Immediate feedback of fluid dispensing anomalies through the Flow Control integrated in each channel

Further saving through the Recovery and Filtering Unit that recycles the collected fluid to return it to the tank.

Preparation for anti-corrosion treatment with an air-knife to dry from water and eliminate any residual liquids.

The washing system enables the removal of any residual thanks to the usage of solvents and water-based products at a controlled temperature, for any shape and dimension. The system is composed by a tank crossed by the tube. Perforated plastic seals guarantee that the liquid stays sealed inside the container. The latter also performs a mechanical cleaning action.

Water is the main cause for tube corrosion. The PNEUMATIC AIR BLOWER device, placed at the entry of the unit, blows air to the tube and prepares a dry surface for the application of anticorrosion fluids.

The aim of the Minimum Quantity Lubrication technique is to get a proper and controlled lubrication on the Saw Blade eliminating the usage of water and the working environment.
It stands apart from the traditional flood coolant application because it strongly reduces the fluid consumption and extends the blade life; the friction between the materials is minimized and the performance of the tool is increased. Thanks to the Cooling Nozzle with compressed air at -40°C, coolant and water treatment and disposal processes will be eliminated.
