    Eurosystem is available with a wide range of different contact rollers to ensure that they can handle any deburring or satinising task. The rollers available have the following features:

    • Diameters from 160 to 250 mm
    • Rollers coated with oilproof and heat-resistant rubber with hardness ratings from 85 to 45 sh
    • Pneumatic ON/OFF to control work positioning
    • Electronic grit-set, for decimal adjustment of the roller work height directly from the control panel (optional)

    The support structure of the rotary discs moves across the feeding direction instead of being a fixed support . This design increases the deburringsatinising action of the brush discs on inside and outside edges and ensures that even the most inaccessible parts are reached.

    DRY DEBURRING FINISHING MACHINE FOR METALS  represents a heavy-duty solution dedicated to the medium and large end user, as well as dedicated contractors, who are required to combine productivity, reliability and flexibility due to the ever changing work orders.

    In a single pass the machine is able to:

    • eliminate any burr produced by the cutting process
    • efficiently remove sharp edges all while creating a radius
    • deburr and radius holes of small dimensions
    • efficiently removes oxide generated while cutting, whether from the outer perimeter of the piece or the inner circumference of the hole.
